History of Company

• 2001: Transtelco establishes its first network in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
• 2003: Transtelco began operations in El Paso, Texas, providing services to companies on both sides of the Paso del Norte border.
• 2005: The Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transporte (SCT) gave Transtelco the right to install, operate and commercialize a Federal Local Telecommunications Network Concession.
• 2006: Transtelco started its operations as a full service Telecommunications Service Provider. We also expanded our network into the state Baja California in Mexico and California in the U.S.
• 2008: The El Paso metro ring was built and tied to the Juarez ring.
• 2009: The Juarez-Chihuahua fiber route was constructed along with the Chihuahua Metro ring with operations beginning the same year.
